Our investigative team always works in accordance with the law and abides by the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA). Private Investigators can NOT:

Wiretap on phones or access cell records without account holder's consent or a warrant

Install hidden cameras or listening devices without property-owner or vehicle-owner's consent

Trespass on private property

Enter a residence or other structure to gather evidence without a warrant

Arrest someone (other than a citizen's arrest)

Tamper with mail

Place GPS tracking devices on vehicles without vehicle owner's consent

Drive erratically or aggressively to maintain contact with a subject

Obtain medical, phone, or financial records

Hack into online accounts
